Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Lenticular Frame, operated by Mustafa Nova LLC.
We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible standard products. This means you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and, where possible, returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales.motionframe@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.
Orders for personalized products may be cancelled only within 12 hours of purchase. Once production begins or the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery at sales.motionframe@gmail.com.
To help us assess the issue, customers are strongly encouraged to provide clear photos or an unboxing video showing the product, packaging, and shipping label.
If the claim is approved, we will provide further instructions and cover the applicable return or replacement shipping costs for damage, breakage, manufacturing defects, or shipment errors caused by us.
Customer-Initiated Returns
If a return is requested for personal preference reasons, including dissatisfaction with the product, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be returned only after the return request has been reviewed and approved. The return address and shipping instructions will be provided after approval.
Refunds
Once the returned item is delivered to us and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days from the date the returned item is received and confirmed to meet the return conditions. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only within 12 hours of purchase and only if production or fulfillment has not yet started.
Once an order has entered shipping or delivery processing, cancellation, address changes, and product modifications are no longer possible.
Additional Notes
Minor differences in tone, color, or visual appearance may occur due to lighting conditions, screen settings, and printing processes. Such minor variations do not constitute a defect.
